Annual Celebration – 2025

Join us for our 2025 Annual Celebration on Sunday, November 16 from 5:00-7:30pm at the church.  All are welcome!

Childcare will be provided upstairs for infants through 11 years old.

How can I prepare?

#1: Food: We’ll enjoy a potluck dinner and our annual chili competition. Last names A-M, please bring a main dish and a side. Last names N-Z, please bring a main dish and a dessert. If you bring chili, that counts as your main dish.

#2: Renew your membership during small group: We will renew our membership with our small groups over the next few weeks! Read the affirmation here and prepare for a thoughtful conversation. Please reach out to one of the pastors if you would like talk more.

#3: Decide how you’ll pitch in: Read through the service opportunities HERE and decide what commitments are appropriate for you right now. The form includes a place for you to indicate that you have determined what you will give financially to support the ministry of Incarnation, the relief of the poor, and the spread of the Gospel both locally and abroad.

#4: Vote. Church members over the age of 21 should be prepared to vote on the budget  and parish council nominees. HERE is a link to the Annual Celebration booklet. Have questions about the budget?
