Making Time for an Unhurried Life

All are invited to this short seminar (TED Talks style) focusing on the spiritual practices of Silence and Solitude, Sabbath, Simplicity, and Slowing, on Saturday morning, February 3 from 9am–11am at the church building. These practices are a great way to prepare us well for the season of Lent and to enable us to be more fully present to God, to one another, and to our neighbors.

The seminar will be focused around the book The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry: How to stay emotionally healthy and spiritually alive in the chaos of the modern world.
